At the top secret Cypress Hills Research Center, scientists are kept under constant watch through OBIT, Outer Bank Individuated Teletracer, a mysterious electronic device that tunes in on the different wave lengths of the human body and amplifies them into a visible picture much like a television. Dr. Scott, head of Cypress Hills, has already been removed to a sanitarium because no on believed in the monster he claimed he saw on OBIT But now there has been a murder and a Senate Committee begins an investigation. The only person left to operate the machine is Dr. Lomax but, strangely, his is the only wave length that cannot be tuned by OBIT When the machine is pushed beyond limits and tuned to Lomax the monster appears.
